Completed work

A strengths-wheel result, an employer-visit reflection and research into a flexible retail stock-taker role, including its requirements, responsibilities, pay and benefits.

Software used

Microsoft Word, Barclays LifeSkills and web-based job and employment research.

Assessment

My teacher assessed these assignments on my first attempt. I was not attending college at the time, so the work was marked from my first submissions. I have not included later resubmissions.

Reflection

I developed a clearer view of my strengths and possible job roles. The employer visit and job research also helped me understand workplace expectations such as professionalism, reliability, teamwork, flexibility and attention to detail.
