Unit 21
This unit focuses on how customer needs, market trends, business strategy, research and financial planning can support the launch of a technology product.
I researched the iPhone 15 Pro Max, including its features, functions, customer benefits and unique selling points, to understand why it succeeds in the technology market.

I examined the business and financial side of the iPhone 18 Pro Max using break-even analysis. My assumptions included 200 units per month, a £1,399 selling price, £1,100 variable cost per unit and £20,000 monthly fixed costs.
